We provide a physician-directed laboratory testing access platform in partnership with:
- Licensed physicians affiliated with Kahn Professional PLLC
- Contracted CLIA-certified laboratories (e.g., Neurocode)

- HIPAA-compliant intake platforms (e.g., Cognito Forms)
- Specimen collection networks (e.g., MOMS Network)
- Marketing and operational support partners (e.g., Manage Mindful)

We are not a clinical laboratory. Laboratory analysis and testing services are performed by independent licensed laboratories. Physician authorization is provided by licensed physicians affiliated with Kahn Professional PLLC pursuant to standing authorization agreements.

C. Clinical Systems
Information is transmitted to secure systems (e.g., ELIS) to facilitate eligibility review, physician authorization, order processing, and results routing.
D. Specimen Collection Networks
Limited identifying information may be shared with specimen collection partners (e.g., MOMS Network) for scheduling and specimen collection.
E. Shipping & Fulfillment
Kit fulfillment and shipping may be coordinated through laboratory partners and their contracted shipping vendors under confidentiality obligations.
F. Marketing & Operational Partner (Manage Mindful)
We partner with Manage Mindful to provide marketing services, order follow-up coordination, operational support, and customer communication.
Manage Mindful may access limited personal or intake information as necessary to:
- Follow up on incomplete orders

Manage Mindful operates under contractual confidentiality and compliance obligations consistent with applicable privacy laws.
